Warehouse Worker in Southaven, MS
on December 21, 2022
FREE ON SITE Clinic is a real game changer, but the environment is toxic at best. Great benefits, horrible pay and to be honest it’s like checking into a prison every day. The current Vice President over the warehouse has brain damage and it shows. He keeps bringing in his flunkies from last employer that got fired from and they have ruined the culture. I was in the recruiting commercial and I have to say that the benefits are good but the place is full of people who have violent felony records.

Terrible management and very unorganized when I was there. Stressful, a few of the employees were cool others weren't just something I noticed not my focus though.
Supply Chain Purchasing Specialist in Greenville, SC

Been at ScanSource about a year now. The managers are wonderful and the people are all very nice. It is actually noticed when you do a good job here, which is nice. The job is fully remote which is great. The pay is the biggest downside. They pay significantly below industry standard, and their yearly merit raises don’t even keep up with inflation, so you’re basically making less each year. They complain of their high turnover rates, and ask what they can do to retain talent. Simple answer is to pay people what they are worth. The jobs are fairly stressful to be paid so low. They also tend to keep adding to job totaled without any more compensation. The great culture can only take them so far. It’s essentially a stepping stone to a better paying job unless you can progress quickly.

Scansource gives hours and the pay is good. You'll make good money here. Like any other warehouse.
