ScentAir used to be a wonderful company to work for. The product was great, the service was great, and the people were great and you could make a decent living if you worked hard, but that has all changed. It is not even a shadow of the company it used to be. While most companies are always looking for ways to increase productivity and profitabilty, the new ScentAir Management team's philosophy seems to be to do so on the backs of its employees and at a significant cost to customer care and service. There have been so many changes over the last year, and such a lack of communication and support that the overall employee moral is at an all time low and turn over (especially within the sales teams) has been at an all time high with no end in sight. The service programs are constantly changing. They have increased service pricing. The commission plans are changing (sometimes multiple times within the year) making it harder and harder to make money. When you are a top performer, you are rewarded by having to fight for your commissions and bonuses, and take time out of selling to do so in a timely manner. The job postings do not accurately reflect the day to day expectations and most importantly earning expectations. Overall, ScentAir is not the company it used to be.
