Great workplace, casual environment.
Production Artist (Current Employee) –  Woburn, MAJanuary 29, 2019
Creative and casual work days, and great co workers. Management was approachable and attentive as well as effective. The most difficult part of the job was the location, for me.
Pros
Casual
Cons
location

Management was bad
Desktop Operator/Production Artist (Former Employee) –  Minneapolis, MNApril 11, 2018
Very negative environment, that was perpetuated for management. Coworkers were great. Management made it uncomfortably to do your job, and that was the major problem.

Was fun going to the bar after work with coworkers.
Production Artist (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILAugust 24, 2017
Most people worked hard, were quick with the mac & programs. For the most part, people got along and did what they had to do. Managers could be better, but I've seen worst. Keep in mind this was during the Sears/Kmart era!

High ego
Production Artist (Former Employee) –  Pittsburgh, PASeptember 14, 2015
When I worked here is was pretty feast or famine. If you didn't fit in, you were never going to fit in. The office is nice as I had a great view of the city from my window seat.

good people, lack of work, too much rotation. no room for advancement, bought out recently, too many unknowns.
HR is not a real person, its all computer based.

Good company....
Production Artist/Graphic Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Roswell, GAMarch 20, 2014
Get in to work, management occasionally listens to its employee's. Co-workers are really tight-knit. Dealing with coordinator's who seem to either don't want to be there, are unwilling to be supportive of efforts to make it easy for the artists. Most enjoyable? 5pm, when you head home to relax.
Cons
They value people who seem to know what they are doing, yet don't value the hard work others put in.

Stay Away
Production Artist (Former Employee) –  Omaha, NEJune 2, 2012
Unless you are desperate for a position temporarily, I would pass. I worked there 6 years, got good reviews, etc then was laid off suddenly when they moved my position 400 miles away as part of a 'strategic' business plan that didn't amount to hooey.
If they can save 50 cents by eliminating your job they will, or send it overseas.
Pros
decent pay, good health coverage
Cons
layouts, ineffective management, no accountability
