Turn around, walk out the door, and never go back for the interview. Don't even put in your application.

Phone interview and 1 (maybe 2 for full time positions) in person interviews. There is also a drug/background check that's done after the first or second in person interview. I'd guess the time from phone interview to first work day is about 2 weeks. Of course, this depends on the position but that'd be my guess.

For full time positions it's usually every other weekend with a set day off during the week. For example: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Friday always and then every other Saturday/Sunday. Usually you work 1 or 2 closing shifts (12-9) but, depending on the position, might have to come in on a weeknight for extra training.

Part time is usually a 5-9 weekday closing shifts and whatever hours are needed to be covered on the weekends. Sales part timers are also required to come in for the extra training on a set weeknight from 9-10.
