Its not worth the mental anguish to work here. Most of the employees who have any control or power are related or family friends of the owners. Including HR which makes it very difficult for any issues to be resolved . There is little appreciation or trust held for the warehouse employees, and seamstresses regardless of who you are as an employee or your work ethic. There was a clear sense of miscommunication between departments and responsibility/consequence is in turn left to the baseline employees.

Productive and fun work place

At Scherba Industries, we make so many fun products. Life size inflatables for big names in the entertainment industry to wall wraps for artist. The managers make everything so much fun! We make inflatables! Inflatables are fun! Managers arrange company outings for all employees. This is a great place to work. I can't express enough how much i enjoy working here.

Casual work environmnet

The company, Scherba - Inflatable- Gorilla Graphics has treated me well over the years. There is a lot of longevity at the company. It is a family environment. Dress is casual. The employees are great to work with.

Productive and fun workplace

Small, family owned business with a family friendly atmosphere. Large facility which allows for each employee to have their own workspace. Co-workers are very helpful with each other. We get to see fun products being created every day.

Paid Holidays, weekends off, very flexible with family life, fun products to see everyday

Bad work environment terrible owners

The ownership is filled with liars and shady people. Co workers were nice. They tell you are doing good and then gang up on you when one of them make a mistake. Just keep looking for another place to work this place isn't worth the headache. They don't want to hire extra help so if you get in don't expect anyone else to get hired. Be careful who you trust in management.

Wide distribution network. Multiple moving parts on a daily basis, between contract negotiation, design, and production. Several unique distribution channels allowing for a variety of clientele.

You should read this before interviewing with Scherba.

Do your research before pursuing employment with Scherba Ind. Check the Indeed reviews for INFLATABLE IMAGES, it is the same company. If you decide you want to personally regret working there, or figure you can just quit, you need to know something. You will be required to sign a 3 year contract before your first day of work. If you sign anything for these people you will eventually regret it. Most valuable free advise I can give anyone, "look elsewhere for employment."

Worst company, owners & management you will find.

Look elsewhere or you will regret it. They go by Scherba Ind., Gorilla Graphics and Inflatable Images. Avoid any of these companies for employment. It is a negative, soul crushing environment to work in. If you ignore this advice you will be required to sign away your right to work within 6 counties for 3 years. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING FOR THESE PEOPLE. If you do you will regret it within days, maybe hours.

Run, don't walk.

One of the most hostile work environment I have ever experienced. Managers and supervisors would rather look for someone to blame than find solutions. Hard work and dedication go unnoticed. Lying and covering up is the common practice. Yelling, swearing and arguing is very common.

Good safe place to work with decent benefits and chance for advancement. Got work with electronics and some trouble shooting. Decent people to work with.
