Best Company Ever
Amazing company full of training, travel, diversity and experiences. I was so proud to be a part of "Big Blue". I put job security as a 2 only because I was laid off during oil crisis/COVID, but that's also just part of working in the oil industry. Schlumberger always encourages employee improvement and advancement. However, sometimes, one can get stuck in a current role for extended years of time depending on location and job title. You work hard and play hard at Schlumberger. Work life balance might be off sometimes, but when the down time is there, typically, they make sure you're with your family and value it's importance.

It's typical corporate environment. In these times, your job is not secure because your contract is with Schlumberger. The priority is to please them at any cost

good place to work
Every place ever company has their issues. how ever it is the way that it is handled. Being a world wide company I feel that Schlumberger does what it can to make sure that the employee comes first. Their training is a little off scale, but they do make sure that you receive the proper training for your job. they have good training facilities .
