Easy pick and go drop and hook

You pick you own freight and go where you want based on what’s available and what you need to make for your business. Mostly drop and hook to keep you moving. Con rates are low right now but not a bad company to start as an owner operator. Give it time for the freight market to go up before jumping in.

Not a bad job to start out

The shop has great mechanics and fantastic shop tooling. The management needs some work other than that and the pay scale it’s a great place to work.

Good for new drivers

The company is a solid choice for new drivers because they teach them well about safety. I worked there only 6 months and it was good only for the knowledge I got, pay was no good.

Good beginner company

Good place to learn and get your CDL. Lots of different types of driving jobs to choose from. However, the pay is not good and you can almost always count on being gone for 2 weeks at a time on most accounts.
