Team drivers can earn up to $85,000 per year while Tanker drivers can earn up to $82,000 a year. Solo Over-the-Road drivers have the potential to earn up to $79,000 dollars a year.

Schneider has a couple options to help you pay for CDL training. Our most popular options is our tuition reimbursement to trucking school. This means you would go to trucking school, get your CDL and once hired by Schneider, we'd help pay off your school loan.

Another option is our Paid CDL Training Program, which offers paid tuition to a trucking school we partered with. This option is only available in select locations.

It depends on the specific account. For example, Over-the-Road and Regional positions haul 95% no-touch freight and Teams haul 98% no-touch freight, while some Dedicated accounts haul no-touch freight or full unloads. Our Dollar accounts are full unload. We have a driving option that's right for you.

It depends on the account and your location in relation to the Schneider facility. In most situations, you'll be required to drive your personal vehicle home.

Your assigned truck would only be driven by other drivers on slip-seat positions or if you have time-at-home for an extended period of time.
