Get rid of management in Kyle, TX. Rose M is a two faced person she will stab you in the back just to protect herself. She's a liar she makes things up. So many excellent employees have quit working here because of her. These ex-employees had made several complaints to HR and nothing was ever done. Rose Macias allows her favorite employees to call in all the time and put their work loads on us other techs. She gave a lead position to an employee who has been a no call no show on several occasions again Rose did nothing as far as warning or suspensions about those employees. She was overheard telling that new lead not to call HR when she calls in. Rose has also lied to dispatchers and tech about what she says. She denies everything but little does she know the dispatchers connect the calls together and the techs overhear Rose talking bad about techs then when she's confronted she denies everything saying they are lying but when told they were contected to that call she still denies it was her. If you rat her out and she finds out it's pretty much over for you. She's start accusing of things that aren't remotely true, she's very rude the way she speaks to some of the techs. Not a good place to work since she became manager. Before Schryver bought Prolab, the team that was MetroStat we all got along like family no one fought techs helped each other's out. The previous operations manager was great she was compassionate, caring. Now we have some idiot who believes every lie coming from Rose's mouth.

More organization. Replace management. Have some type of structure and if they don't want to comply replace them. Calling out 2 times a week is unacceptable

I will change the leaders, everyone will be checked on as far as work getting done, it will be a set time everyone to come in,everyone needs to be at work, not when they feel it's okay for them.if you call in more then 3 times you need to be removed,Can't use your kids as a excuse to have two days of the week at home to work but everyone is at work
