If you lick being in a click this place is for you. No advancement unless you are a brown noser. There is no accountability, no method of operations, nothing is in its place and everything is broken.

not a good place to work
Production Helper (Former Employee) –  Albany, GAFebruary 11, 2018
A typical day was very stressful. I didn't learn anything. .Management sucked. The workplace culture sucked. The hardest part of the job was the hours and management. The most enjoyable part of the job was the prizes and dinners.

Rigger (Former Employee) –  Bellmont,AZFebruary 2, 2018
Ok, I don't know where to start, the actual job was good, but management screws that up real quick they treat you unfair and play favoritism especially towards the seniority, and the hours were long, then workers would get careless and screw up, then they add more hours to make up for it, then it just repeats itself, that's the definition of the word (insanity). When it comes to management there very unreliable in there actions and planning because there constantly changing there minds. They don't care about YOUR safety as long and the job is done and fast. It's about the bottom line, getting as much steel out the door as possible. Training is a joke, really its a joke. Trainees Walk around like zombies because there's no structure, and they gave write ups for stupids things to control workers.
Pros
Could learn welding

Short lunch, and everything else

This manufacturing place has an Hostile environment that's not acceptable. They treat you like your in prison. They yell at you when a trained employee is describing to you what needs to be done safely.
Cons
They offer you benefits then tell you that you past the deadline to enroll

Great work environment but lacking middle management. Overall, the initial training/orientation to company procedures is severely lacking. Great benefits and compensation however.

Overworked
Chief Estimator (Former Employee) –  AZNovember 13, 2017
I worked for this company in the estimating department for over 10 years. Due to the fact that they work in a highly competitive industry they are often very demanding of their staff. Their department heads often work 60-70 hours per week with their estimators working 50-60 on a regular basis. Their upper-level managers are great at setting goals, but don't have the slightest clue how to come up with a plan to achieve that goal. When sales goals would come out it was presented as "Here is our goal for this fiscal year. Now go make it happen!" When asked very simple questions about capture rate, staffing and a plan I may as well have asked them to calculate rocket trajectory. Clueless. For a company with almost a billion dollars in annual sales you would expect more. It's a shame.
Pros
Bonuses - when available they can be very generous
Cons
Working hours, poor upper management

Leadman/Foreman (Former Employee) –  Bellemont, AZOctober 27, 2017
Management sucks, they cant keep a decent safety guy around. Plant manager has no spine. HR Lady runs the show and she is a cold cold witch. Dont do it. Selective disciplinary. Not fair and even. Some are protected by the plant manager, some are run off cause they dont fit in.
Pros
Its a paycheck, if your hard up.
Cons
Not enough room to list. This place is just bad. Backstabbers.
