What would you suggest Scientific Games management do to prevent others from leaving?
I would not have left if it wasn't for the mandatory overtime out of a two week period you have 180 hours that is slavery not a job so raise the pay would help and do eight hour shifts.
You work with a lot of people from other countries nice people that just want too work and happy too have a job so management takes full advantage of they have no where else too go and work them for less pay more hours . That is slavery.
Well, considering you’re interviewed by people that have no idea what your actual job entails, you could, literally, invent feedback for their questions and do well
Overall this will be the best place to work once they've done some restructuring and put consistent processes into place
