If I were in charge, I would definitely acquire a team of individuals who were experienced. I would have a flex work schedule. Have weekly meetings for a timeline of what needed to be done. I would cross train all employees, so that in anyone's absence, they could excel in doing every job. I would listen to understand my employees, instead of listening to react, without knowing all the facts. I would offer actual competitive salaries. I wouldn't talk down to my employees like their in a daycare center.
