The machinery is great, salary and benefits are fairly competitive, but if you are part of the tech staff, you are simply another pawn that needs to do work. No comprehensive training, support or any chance for real career advancement. It is a good place to learn, if you like being thrown to the wolves. Just don't expect anyone to recognize your efforts.

There is no guidance or proper orientation for new employees. HR is horrible. And management does not care about employee retention. Work here only if you are desperate.

Very very poor management. No structure or communication. Constant confusion between departments. Broken processes and procedures. Everyone runs around looking for band-aids to issues instead of finding the source and correcting the root issue. Company needs a complete revision.

Pros: Multi-national and diverse. Challenging. Cons: Poor benefits if you need to add the wife and children to the policy. ZERO middle management. No life-work balance. You are constantly asked to do things outside your scope and without proper training, guidance or support. No opportunities for real growth unless you are Italian. The bottom line is that the work environment and culture is simply horrific. Employee has no advocate at all. No reviews, no plan for growth. Upper management is some of the worst I have experienced in my career in woodworking.

There is never a typical day at work. Although the same work, always different challenges. I learned a new industry at the last job. One of the things that I enjoyed was bringing teamwork to the surface and encouraging it in other departments. Hardest part of the job was not always having responses and resolutions from departments which didn't allow me to close certain issues or files in the time frame I expected. Most enjoyable part of the job was the interaction with dealers and customers and providing them the best service possible with the resources I had available.
