Like said above more pay our pay was cut especially for those who drive from hospital to hospital. Also yes management is horrible the managers that I had before were awesome to be honest but these new managers no compassion at all you can't even talk to them about your problems because they are still on sincere they don't care they don't care if you're sick I still want you to work they don't even care if you have tuberculosis they still want you to work that's how serious it is but for a little pay the nurses are rude not all but most it's just not worth it anymore I don't know who put we get free lunch we don't even get discounts on the food at the job everything has to be paid for in full the CEO needs to check up on the managers and how they manage the staff they're running people off especially good workers

Higher pay. like people to rotate and have weekends off. Stop slaving us. Staff is over loaded with work. Management is horrible. Your nurses treat staff like cr*p and it's not family orientated. They have morals.
