Hard working and fun environment

Family run business, good team there , people where helpful towards me especially because it was my 1st management role. The Bodyshop is fast pace and the guys working there are well organised skilled individuals they helped me alot.

The best company to work for

SDM is the best urgent care. Best management!!! The company is the best place to work. You will learn a lot. I loved, appreciated and enjoyed working their.

Unfair

It run and owned by a black women which I give all respects for women running business but since I wasnt black I treated with less respect and was paid poorly and cheated out of the proper amount of bonus and was never told how bonuses worked

serious and down to earth

Great place to work at. The administration team are really about taking care of business and satisfying the client. Their are strit ground rules but easy rules to follow. Your word is your bond and your bond is word.

Productive and fun workplace

Nice staff. friendly environment for working as a pharmacist. Its a place where you can improve your skills under the supervision of the associate. The pharmacies are usually busy and the time passes by fast.

Awesome experience in a great location

Working for SDM was the best 2.5 years of my career. I learned to ropes of agency and sports marketing while learning other important skill from Sue such as writing professional emails, being concise and standing up for my decisions.

The most horrifying experience I ever had as a truck driver

They make you run over hours they don't pay you for loads and if you get hurt like I did all the sudden you're the bad guy and they make you run when you should be in the hospital there's something wrong with these people run like the Russian mafia

Insurance work related construction company

New systems but very school like within their office scenario. No time really given to training you up on their systems. Not a nice office atmosphere to work in

not good in salaries and benefits

Monopoly of associate so not stable hours of job and very demanding. Not able to get full breaks. more work hustle. Salary is worse with unworthy benefits

Ansvarig för en stor rikstäckande kund.

Är ansvarig för att se till att kunden får den leverans av produkt och tjänst, samt rätt pris enligt avtal.Har månatliga möten med kund och ansvarig säljare.Delge SLA mm. Har även telefonmöte varannan månad med 2 specialisttekniker ansvariga mot denna kund. De frågeställningar som framkommer på dessa möten skall kollas upp och rapporteras till kund/tekniker.

Hålla en kund informerad, samt delge ansvariga i vår organisation kundens förväntningar. Skapa nära kontakt med kund.

Service Delivery Manager

This is a fantastic role which involved extensive travel across the UK. My customers tended to have sales T/O of between £50m & £4.5bn and would often have overseas stakeholders. The role involves meeting with the senior company representative (eg FD, MD) to undertaken a service review - ie to understand what services the client used and to make sure that these met expectations. Where there were any apparent deficiencies these would be investigated and remedial action put in place. Close monitoring would be needed in such cases

Face to face client meetings, no 2 days were the same, ability to work from home and work life balance was excellent

Cons

travel - extensive across the UK with regular(daily) 5hr round trips to meet colleagues / customers

I enjoy having work done with others staff members as a team, maybe having holiday fun. Learning from one another, building trust relationships. Managing time, and scheduling. Helping out other co workers. The hardest part of my job is when obligation aren't met, and the needs of others. However, the most enjoyable part of my job, is knowing that I've have help others to achieve their goals, and that I was apart of that help.
