Pays good and good company but doesnt show any sympathy for their workers. Cold hearted with many coworkers, and not one bit understanding. Could use newer and better management.

The job it self is great. I really like how we collaborate and how the management is more then willing to hear suggestion and ideas. The Seabee management has massive communication problems, in order to know anything or get anything done you have to almost harass management every day.
