It really depends upon the position applying for how long the process takes. The general process is: an application online is received, someone from HR or recruiting will contact the applicant, either a phone interview or in-person interview (or both) are conducted. If an offer is made, then the applicant must complete a physical, urine analysis and complete new hire paperwork.
