When I started in was in start up mode. They didn't have a any procedures in place. Every body was winging it. New director came in and tried to change everything. She told us 1 thing and than she did the same thing she told the group NOT to do.

Some managers don't know what they are doing on their job. They are in a position to need people skills, but don't have any at all. They create more drama than they need to. This is a very stressful fast paced environment that will physically and mentally wear someone down. The average employee from hourly to middle management doesn't have a voice.Employees - more...
