Overall the company is pretty standard anymore since being bought out by Sealed Air in 2019. Benefits aren’t great and the money is comparable to the market since the inflation. Shifts are terrible but lots of days off.

I love the place I work. The people I work with are very supportive and fun to be around. The management are for the most part nice. Job can be stressful at times but for the most part laid back.

Its an old world location. No flexibility and treated like a sub-human. Management looks down on the workers and offers no path for advancement. Better than poverty some days.
