Sell, sell, sell! It's the equivalent of working at a used car dealership.Tech managers are relentless in pushing sales. Commission system constantly changes. Poor benefits, discounts are basically the same as what a customer recieves. Very low wages compared to competitors.The computers (SST) as well as the main servers are crashing all the time its basically a running joke with employees.The best case scenario for Sears is being bought out and a complete restructuring of the entire company. Only then woukd it be a viable and relavant company.The good 'ol days of Sears being a great company as well as a desirable employer are long gone.

12 hours one week, 30 hours the next. Depends on how they personally feel about you. Gave some ppl only a few hours if they call out 1 day. They took way too many things personally. If you put in your two weeks they'll either give you no hours at all or almost 40 hours.
