An OK place to work and build experience in customer service and Sales

A typical day at work was clocking in and getting available to receive incoming calls from customers. Helping customers find products that they were in need of and giving them the needed information to convince them to purchase the product.
The hardest part of the job is when you have customers who have located the product for a lower price and you are unable to give a discount to secure the sale or having customers with unrealistic expectations and then having management with the same unrealistic expectations from the other side.
It's a job and you get to gain experience that actually serves you in other areas
