Normally I prep up for the meals we are serving to guests of Seasons Catering
Still learning various ways to do things with food in the kitchen.
Management needs some structural help
Workplace needs some improvements meetings staff agreeing to daily tasks, etc.
Hardest is working late after a full day, when events run later than actually planned
Enjoyment comes from the satisfied and happy guests we all serve at these events The happy comments from them all
Always a great meal while on shift
One or two coworkers can make a negative difference
