More focused on profits, and burn staff out as fast as they can hire. Very toxic environment. The computer program used for documenting and marketing is awful. After a full days work it takes several more hours to do computer work. Company will treat you well as long as you produce. Bonus structure sucks.
High turnover at all locations. Work in one state, travelled to others due to being short staffed. No support for employees, no work life balance.
