I worked for a company that had subsidized housing and market rate housing in its various buildings. Be sure you are describing how well you relate to low income people and their needs. Also it is necessary to be detail oriented. There are several programs with different target populations. If you have the opportunity do attend the yearly HUD conference to meet people and learn from the speakers.

This depended on the supervisor who has the freedom to be creative within corporate guidelines and trending management styles. At least one or more, What would you do? situational questions. Can be tricky, there are a lot of Federal, State & City laws, ordinances & guidelines which would determine the outcome of the answer.
