Guest Arrival/Ambassador (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAFebruary 21, 2019
Weekends are very busy. If working in the front of seaworld as guest arrival can be the hardest thing to do. Scan tickets with a handheld and the handhelds mess up and there are a lot of people you have to write down every ticket number on a piece of paper and the lines can get long.

It is nice working for them however it’s very easy to get stuff wrong if not properly trained. Most don’t even know who their assistant supervisor or supervisor are so it’s hard to get to know and ask for things. I wouldn’t really recommend this as your first job but depends on who you are.

Guest Arrival Ambassador (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAJanuary 6, 2018
Working at SeaWorld had it's perks, but like any job it can become irritating. If you're someone who enjoy's working outside then this is definitely the place. I met some cool people there who I'm still friends with, but everyone leaves after some time. It's a fun place to work if you're looking for something temporary
Pros
free/discounted tickets
Cons
everything's kind of all over the place
