Its a nice place to work, but the constant cutting of hours due to lack of people in the park is ridiculous sometimes unless your in food service which never really gets cut. The most enjoyable part is always the co-workers.
When I first started working here two years ago it was amazing. I loved it and the company was busy so we always had things to do to help pass the time. After two years the company is on a downhill slope that I don't know if they'll be able to recover from. They focus too much time on making money than anything else. They make cuts that are unnecessary and make you do jobs outside your job title without the raise.
Working at Seaworld as a first job was great, I was able to learn quick what was needed of me with the help of the current employees along side me. If I ever seeked help I was able to receive it with open arms.
