Loved working at Sebago. Of course it’s hard work in a brewery, but it doesn’t mean it wasn’t “fun” hard work. Everyone from the owners to the new employees have a strong say in how things are done and everyone is valued.

True effort to the T!

My typical day from clock-in to clock-out, I always left with a smile despite just being the dishwasher. I was expected to spray off dishes and send-er through the machine and send-em out back to the line for our cooks. Great company

The management are great people, a very good work environment. The owners are at the restaurants and are really good people, they greet you by your name because they remember there employees. Very busy restaurants and they reward people who can handle the rushes. All said they are good people and they encourage a good working environment.

Lots of work, but lots to love

As a former long term employee, I can say that if I had not relocated out of state I would still work for SBC. The owners created an amazing company culture that truly feels like a family.
