Intern in Kerman, CA

Pretty decent company to work for
Typical day at work for me was answering calls, and troubleshooting with customers. I learned a lot about customer service with this position. Management was fairly decent, everyone was pretty friendly. Hardest part of the job was dealing with disgruntled customers, but that is going to happen everywhere. Most enjoyable part of the job was helping the customers resolve their issue.

Good place to work great 401k! But some of the foreman were childish and not very good leaders. But the pay is really good and the 401k is even better.

Great company to work for. I would recommend this company for employment. Great benefits paid holidays and paid vacation and health care. They also have a 401k plan.
I&R Technician in Kerman, CA

Great benefits. Didn't get the chance to use them though. The manager doesn't know how to manage. He isn't a leader. Expects you to know everything from day one. You get zero time to adjust. This manager put me and my family in a bad spot just because of his ego. He plays favorites and shows it daily. The company itself isn't bad but their choice on who is running their network in Kerman is horrible. Don't get me wrong he is probably a good technician at best. He will never be a good leader.
Project Manager/Estimator/Trainer in Sacramento, CA

Upper management and executive team lack the understanding of how to run a construction company, but only that of a telephone and internet supplier. Goals and direction are up in the air or unknown at best. Sebastian subscribes to a shoot first ask questions later & point fingers, no upper management accountability.
