All security jobs suck, low pay bad benefits no matter who you work for or job site. All any company wants is a warm body. If they could prop a dead body up they would. Get a real job if you're young and still can.
40 hours if they like you or it's 32. Multiple sites not one because hey screw you right.
Weekends are 12 hours with no back up or lunch break. I have to walk half a mile to use the bathroom. My site kills the electricity in the middle of my patrol and won't get me a flash light. No raise either.
Working hours are stable. Our site supervisor is always working along side his employees making sure that should our schedule need some changes he'll work on it so you can be off if needed, in regards to medical appointments or illness in some cases due to family events when possible.

You will work 12 hour shifts by yourself with no assistance, nobody that you can call to help you should something arise.
