I would be well groomed and well dressed. This company does a lot of class A high rise commercial properties. Appearance is very important to their clients.

Do not work for them .No job security and management is 2 faced.They purposely lost contracts at Union sites so they could get rid of anyone who joined union and they would not place them at non union sites.

Be yourself. demand more hours, always contact the supervisor for more hours, dont get attach to the floating position.
