Work life/culture is different depending on what site you are at. Policies and pay also vary site to site. The main Securitas office staff is difficult to get in contact with. No way to contact via email, no returned calls even after leaving messages. A lot of communication issues between employees and management. It is hard to advance further. It is not a bad place to work for those in-between jobs and those re-entering the work force.

I've learned that the company values we are supposed to have are not being shown where I work. Its a very cut throat environment and people don't seem to care about each other unless there's something in it for them. There's a lot of backstabbing and double talk. Can't trust the people you work with and guard safety is supposed to be a priority, but it's not on that team. They don't care if we get hurt as long as no one finds out. Communication is pathetic and it's cost the team many members who have grown tired of the games and lies.

I enjoy working here. I learn new things every day, there is always something to improve on to help processes be more reliable. Just not a lot of room to move up.

Nothing spectacular and the uniforms are horrible. You can’t have a beard- raises and benefits are terrible. I have nothing further to say about the company

I was told the phone interview went well and I would be moved to the next level. Unresponsive and never contacted me again.
