Hire compotent and friendly Supervisors in all areas, like me willing to train new guards in customer service and how to read body language, Go to each site in my district and discuss any difficulties the guard was having, Show the guard danger areas on their site, when and if to call local law enforcement, spend as much time needed for guard to feel comfortable and always be available to the guards in my district for advice Or in emergency, be there ASAP.

1. I would promote from within instead of hiring someone off the street unless nobody in the existing pool of employees was capable or qualified for doing the job.
2. Will treat all the officers equally and will listen to their feedback instead of playing favorites and doing favors.

I have all Officers get training at the same place so everyone is on the same page. Also for lvl3 and lvl4 Company will pay but, Officer have to sign 1 year contract and if they leave but the mark have to pay back the cost of the class. Lastly Company will pay for gear for the job and take out a payment plan from the Officers to pay back over time.
