I worked 11pm to 7am and made the same pay as the other shifts. Some of the guards had been there for 2 years and had not got one raise and I started at the same pay they were making.

You're only required to stay 4 hours over but you need to clarify with your FSM so that you wont get fired for abandoning your post.

What ever they want to give you. Tell them you can't do a specific day or time and they will tell you that you probably won't be scheduled anymore.

Once hired(they have a one day class every Wednesday for new hires super easy and super chill.) you are sent to a site kinda close to where you live or where you won't have to travel far. They really do try to work with you a lot. Very understanding people. I fell in love with this company because there is always room to make more money and move up the ladder and they have nice uniforms.
