Maybe if you changed it from at will employment where you can fire anybody for any reason at all, because thats a little scary, and also if you paid people enough to survive thatd be great and actually offered some benefits

Management has to communicate properly with each other as well as with the employees. Show that you care by simply answering questions. Don't put off communication always answer employees. That is why you are a Manager.

Stop hiring new staff at a higher pay rate than the senior officer whom has already put in years on the job and more than likely will have to train the kid who already makes more through the gate. It decreases morale

Securitas needs to pay their employees mileage for driving over 30 miles to a site. I was told this was the policy when I was hired and when I asked to fill out mileage paperwork the management said we don't do that.

This company needs to learn how to walk the way they talk!
