This company is a revolving door with a management structure designed to burn out employees and replace with fresh meat as needed. The managements only goals were to work you as hard as they could while saddling you with unbelievably unrealistic work loads that super computers couldn't handle.

The job was good and you do learn a lot if you put in the effort, The time did go by very fast there, sometimes to fast were you would want to get a certain amount of things done with in the day and it would be hard to sometimes no matter how fast you would work. One of the hardest part of the job would be that we were always short handed and it would put a lot of work on others on top of there daily task as well.

If you just want a mundane, dead-end job where you are under-appreciated and treated unfairly then this is the place for you. You will work Monday through Friday with holidays off and you will also be asked to do way too much for way too little. Do not expect any promotions. You will be in your entry level position for the rest of your time here.

I've worked for Security Source for 3 years and it is a great place to work. Everyone treats you with respect, and the environment gives you plenty of opportunities to learn and become more diversified in your skill base. As a CCTV installer, I would definitely work for them again.

The management here is terrible. No matter how many times you ask for help, the higher ups will turn their cheek. The team leads are pretty good but the higher level management is the problem. Overall, pay isn't too bad and the hours are basic 9-5 type hours. The work is kind of fun but can be challenging at first. Lots of phone calls and emails everyday. There can be a bit of pressure with deadlines but you have help from your peers to get you through it. Everyone is willing to help each other at the lower level.

The management is nice but there is no training whatsoever. Needs a new time punch system. The office isn't secure so anyone can just walk in at anytime. Invest in some type of security like everyone should have to swipe a badge and then the door unlocks.

Micro management is what they love

Place is a great place to start and gain experience but management is always on top of you. Pay is low and there is not much room to grow. Good thing is they hire within when moving to another department to work in.
