Securus was a frontloaded company. In that they focused all of their attention on making fast money upfront at the expense of residual earnings, costing the reps thousands of dollars a month in income, and millions in profit for the company.
Managers were pushy, often abusive if you didn't use strong arm manipulative techniques to advance the sale.
Toward the end, the main lease underwriter (where we got paid) would withhold payment of commissions and residuals for even a single mistake in the paperwork.
