Stop letting certain people get away with everything and anything. If you want structure, be fair. Some OPE's are allowed to get away with almost anything, while other's get their butts chewed for little minor things. It has to be consistent especially with us growing the way we are. We are not a small company anymore, there has to be structure and EVERYONE should be held to the same standards and have to follow the rules.
