Not very good know that they pay office assistants more than the guys out in the plant doing the hard work, making those batches. We deal with bad chemicals 14hrs a day and an office assistant sits on their butts and makes 3 dollars more than we do. This company does not care about the safety of their workers nor do they care about compensating them with a decent hourly wage. The CEO'S bring home 5,000,000/year and they only offered me 32,000. Go figure!?!
