Select Energy services is a good company to work with, if you are ready to work long hours. The only problem is, you don't get days off except you're sick or it's a family issue or your spouse is pregnant, death in your family, etc.
If you decide to do a " No call, no show" because you're tired, be ready for a write up from a supervisor or the manager and if they like you, it's just a warning.
If you're put on a frac that takes months to complete, you will have to finish that frac or go do lay-out with less hours or else quit.
Sometimes, the manager might begin to get stingy with hours and cut drive time due to shortage of work but overall, the pay is steady and you stand up on those frac tanks and think about your miserable life or chase that pig for how many miles, when it's time to rig down.
