I work for Select in St. Charles, MO and since the new CEO started, the whole environment is better. He is present throughout the hospital daily to show his support. When in the administrative offices, everyone there is pleasant and kind and welcoming. This is a great place to work and the only downfall are negative employees who are given multiple chances to change and improve.

Show appreciation for your staff! More than giving away tickets to games every time some one quits. Have an employee appreciate day. Do something sincere for your staff.

It's a shame the upper management do not report to superior bosses about the issues here. They loose alot of good workers and the high turn over is crazy!
