How has Select Rehabilitation responded to the COVID-19 outbreak?
They will provide you with zero PPE. Be all in your business about your productivity and tell you it’s your fault for catching Covid while they have you working on the Covid unit. Ridiculous rules, prn’s and full time employees had to agree to work with one building only with Select and no other buildings. We lost a majority of our prn staff and full time employees weren’t able to keep up with their financial responsibilities due to not being allowed to work their regular prn jobs.Asked May 5, 2021

How flexible are your working hours at Select Rehabilitation?
As a program manager you will work 7 days a week 365 days a year even though you’re paid hourly. Must be present in facility by 8:30 am and stay until 4:30 as well as 10 to 30 hours of remote work each week that you’re not compensated for. Therapists schedules are more flexible.Asked July 30, 2020
