How has Select Rehabilitation responded to the COVID-19 outbreak?

  • They will provide you with zero PPE. Be all in your business about your productivity and tell you it’s your fault for catching Covid while they have you working on the Covid unit. Ridiculous rules, prn’s and full time employees had to agree to work with one building only with Select and no other buildings. We lost a majority of our prn staff and full time employees weren’t able to keep up with their financial responsibilities due to not being allowed to work their regular prn jobs.

  • Select follows the rules of the facility you work in. If the facility runs out of PPE, you won’t have PPE. We accrued 3 additional PTO days when Covid initially hit. No hazard pay or bonus pay.

  • Doubled PTO accrual in summer 2020, no reimbursement for positive test time out.

  • If you used too much PPO or asked the Nursing Home Administrator you could lose your job.
