Need to rework the patient ratios. For what the RNs are expected and NEED TO DO to provide the most BASIC NEEDS FOR PATIENT CARE....MORE TIME needs to be devoted to each patient. Currently this is IMPOSSIBLE!! .....or, if you do attempt to do this, you are completely burnt out and accuring overtime just to get basic assessments in retrospectively - which is poor nursing practice!! Either way basic care nneds for meds or turns or mouthcare or anything is not being completed for all patients all the time. CNAs cannot do any of their work independently - always need an RN....Therefore the Ratios need to be LOWERED so we can give ADEQUATE care....and FIRE the Nurses who are Lazy and sit on their but and dont help the rest of the team!

There is a need for CNA in the medical field the pay should match on what our job description required in most facility thst why the turnover rate is very HIGH plus with transportation us getting there if it 20 miles or more without us how can your busines run. Please consider.

That depends on your position. If you are a full time employee doing patient care such as RN/RT/CNA probably every other weekend if you’re contingent depending on the needs of the department I don’t think he would have to work weekends but it would be up to the manager. If you are not in a patient care rule I think it would just be Monday through Friday.
