Upper level management needs a complete overhaul!

This used to be a good place to work. This used to be a place where people retire after 30+ years. That is no longer the case. Upper level/exec level management is unprofessional, immature, catty, and two-faced. It often felt like you were in junior high, not a corporate environment. Complaints to HR did not resolve the issues. Turnover has been ridiculous in the last few years, especially at the supervisor/lower level management positions. Just this past year the following positions were vacated: Manager of Engineering, Manager of Accounting, Manager of Operations, Manager of Safety, and Supervisor of Accounting. These vacancies were not due to retirement, which used to be the case.
Some good employees, but they usually leave for something better
