The first interview was a group interview and it was very professional and productive. The interactive interview was much less professional. The staff was nice, and treated me like part of the team. However when I gave my feedback e-mail after the interview, all of my questions were ignored. I was not given any information or explanation, I simply received a generic e-mail from HR saying they were pursuing other candidates. I didn’t mind not getting the job, but there was no constructive feedback or answers to the questions and my feedback. My concerns were job safety and liabilities, not getting responses was very troubling. Having a better communication with prospective employees is something the company needs to work on.
