The clients are amazing...... as a rule, the days are relatively low key as long as each caregiver does a little of the day-to-day house work.

It was nice and professional. But I did get a bit discouraged at times with the management not really sure or what, where you will be placed to work.

I work in the Wabash branch. Office personal have changed several times with only one still there from when I was hired. But that is okay, they revised the inside an have improved the quality of responsibilities for accountably which improves the quality of life for all the clients.

I love my clients. If you are planning to help the old, weak, an afflicted then know it isn’t a 9-5 office job. It is about caring, compassion, and being ready to travel to help.

I personally have never had a major issue of concern with the office staff! Always willing to take my calls and listen to my suggestions.

You will have to keep repeating yourself to the employers because no matter how many times you call them, tell them, text them or email them they will never write things down. Scheduling person is only nice when she needs you. When she messes up schedules (which she has plenty of times even another employee told me) she will put the blame on you saying its your responsibility. Dont bother texting them on the weekend if its urgent or even if they text you, they will never reply and then tell you they werent on call. Very low pay for the difficult and rude clients you will deal with (im aware a lot have dementia but not ALL of them do) . Really an unstable job. Only good if you are a student or need quick cash.
