I worked here for a week and left because they will not pay you what they promise due to Flex Wage (it's a joke: if a place offers Flex Wage run FAR FAR AWAY), management is handled rather poorly, the scheduler, while very sweet, does not tend to call back when they should, and they WILL change your hours without warning. But despite all that it is not a bad place to work so long as you just want to money to have a little pocket cash and not to actually live off of.

Stop excepting new clients when you don't have enough caregivers to offer proper care. Stop flex pay. Don't permanently assign cases to caregivers before they except the case. Match caregivers and clients appropriately.
