Interview, offer, fill out onboarding forms and submit references, then do occupational health and drug screen. If that clears then start in about 2 weeks after that

Again, the hours were not good. Changed frequently. I would be waking up to work the afternoon shift, and they would call or text me to come in three hours before my scheduled shift. This happened at least twice a month.
