I believe Sentara Healthcare is a great place to work. It is a business. If an employee can look at his or her position as a partnership then you will do great. Learn how to say to "No" to create a work life balance. Be ready to absorb new experiences so when you resign, retire, or move on take the experience with you. I would like for this healthcare system to ask nurses for their input when change affect their workflow. Currently employed with Sentara Healthcare.
