Fun co-workers, but no consistency in policies

The owners and upper management were nice to work for, but lacking in communication. Staff and co-workers were fun to work with. Insurance was average, but could be better. I liked that my supervisor was not a micro-manager. However, the company policies were changing all the time, were not always enforced. and seemed to be on a case-by-case basis.

Liars

Twice Sentech has secured employment for me BOTH times I was promised the moon beginning with significant wage increases after 90 day Neither time did the promised wage increases happen Get EVERYTHING in writing These people will say anything to get you hired and then drop you instantly and NEVER return a phone call I went permanent a week ago and have since had three interviews as I cannot wait to leave this employer Sentech found for me I love the people and the work, but I cannot abide by not receiving the $10/hour raise I was told would happen when I went permanent after 90 days

Fair

They are a Temporary Agency with fair pay. I have great days at work because we work at our own pace but I chose to work at a fast pace to meet production. The management is fair as long as you do your job you won't have a problem. The hardest part of my job is picking up the drive shaft. And the most enjoyable part of my job is when my supervisor tells us great job.
